Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

For those of you that "DO NOT" understand how to submit to this group, you need to read this.

I have begged for over 2 years about submissions going to the wrong folders to be placed in the proper folders and it seems like it just flies over some of your heads!!

PAY ATTENTION TO SUBMISSIONS or GET DECLINED WITH NO EXPLANATION!!!

If you can not take the time to choose the proper folder, then DO NOT submit anything. If you get a decline of a submission, then here is a list of reasons why.

1 - The submission was put in the wrong folder (use the Drop-Down Menu when submitting)

2 - The submission is not downloadable (ALL submissions have to be downloadable)

3 - The submission is not a proper resolution for a wallpaper (See resolution list on home page)

4 - The submission is too much nudity or rated R or XXX (No questions asked)

5 - There is NO credit given to the stock or image you used to make your image. (Credit due where credit is due)

6 - The submission is submitted to more than one folder (ONLY one folder per submission)

7 - The submission is NOT your work

So, if you get DECLINED on a submission - Go over the above list and then you will have your answer.

Hmmmmm I Only have problems with the drop down menu on OnlyWallpapers.... If I dont consider one of my wallz as 3D wallpaper WHERE do I put it??? No "Abztract wallpaper" catagory!!
I always have to THINK when submitting it here!!

I have not submitted anything to the group in a while, but I still keep making graphics.

I would rather have others request my works to a group rather than try and submit them.
I recently left one group because everything I ever submitted was getting declined. I joined the group because one of my graphics they liked and wanted me to submit it. So I did. It was the only graphic out of my entire gallery that ever was accepted, so I left them. Sorry, this is supposed to be your gripe, not mine...
